In 2003, his father became co owner of one of the largest real estate franchises in the State of Washington. After admitting he gave Sean a horrible introduction to the business, he asked if he’d reconsider a career move back to real estate.

Using his background is education and coaching, Sean became their corporate new agent trainer as well building his own practice completely by referral. After his father sold the company and retired, Sean joined a local brokerage for many years.
